Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after ordering your item to request a return or refund.
If you use your knee pillow consistently and do not notice an improvement in your comfort, sleep, or pain relief within 60 days, you are eligible for either:
- A full 100% refund when the item is returned to us
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and returned within 60 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Full refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
